CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Between the first day of each month at 12:01 a.m. ET, and the last day of each month at 11:59 a.m. ET, visit www.MyLilyPod.com/Contests.html and follow the on-screen instructions to send us an email. There will be one monthly prize drawing each month. Non-winning entries will not be rolled over into another month's contest. Limit one entry per e-mail address per day. If more than one entry is received per person per day, only the first such entry received will be eligible.

ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open only to residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older as of time of entry. All federal, state, local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: 1 prize, each month with a total value of up to $250 will be awarded each month. Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Limit one prize per person or household.

GENERAL RULES: Winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be notified via the email address which was submitted for the contest entry. Notified winner will have to reply within 60 days of attempted notification. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize by winner permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of winners. By accepting prize, winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) agree to hold Sponsor, its respective directors, officers, employees, assigns, and agencies harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of prize. Winners (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners' names and/or likenesses for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, including a winners' list, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants (or parent/legal guardian if potential winner is a minor) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the judges' decisions which are final. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All material submitted becomes the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the promotion or in the announcement of the prizes. In no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded.

WINNERS LIST: For the names of winners, email My Lily Pod, Inc. at Info@MyLilyPod.com, however, the full identity of winners will be protected, and not be shared with the public. Official names and email addresses will be maintained for legal purposes by My Lily Pod, Inc. corporate office.

Sponsor reserves the right to freeze or close an account or to prohibit the participation of an individual/account holder if fraud or tampering is suspected or if the account holder fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules.
